Lub Tech, Inc. is an American Indian owned company located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Since 1989, Lub Tech has been supplying dry-film lubricants to industrial businesses throughout the United States.

The corporation is owned by Stephen M. Jenkins and Thomas P. Soltys. Jenkins graduated from Western Michigan University in 1980 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. After working as a salesman for Moore Business Forms for three years and then as Sales Manager for Guardsman Chemical for four years, Mr. Jenkins founded Lub Tech in 1989 and is the company's President.

Thomas P. Soltys graduated Cum Laude from Aquinas College in 1980 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting. Mr. Soltys was employed as an accountant by Robert J. McBain & Co. for three years and Perrigo Company for two years prior to starting his own public accounting firm, Thomas P. Soltys C.P.A. in 1988. Mr. Soltys bought a minority share into Lub Tech in 1996 with Stephen M. Jenkins and serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer.

Lub Tech is a SDB (Small Disadvantaged Business) and DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise). These are both federal government designations that allow free help from the Small Business Administration to secure government work, help with loans, etc. Lub Tech is also HUB-Zone Certified.
